Long Lasting Effects of Child Abuse Literature Review
Several studies and reports have been performed as an effort to study the long lasting effects of child abuse. This paper shall review some of these reports as they go beyond the physical and/or mental torment the child endures at the time of the abusive act, as the act sends out ripples that continue to affect the child long into their future.
